We support you in restoring your emotional health because even though you may feel forgotten, you are so important in the most intimate interchange that exists. When you are healthy, so is your baby.
Women come to us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, ashamed and afraid. Using a combination of psychotherapy, holistic nutrition, movement and mindfulness, we help mothers shift from feeling anxious, stressed and powerless to feeling healthy, worthy and confident. They experience a greater sense of wellness that supports healthy attachment and helps their baby thrive.
Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending—to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, Yes. This is what happened. This is my truth. And I will choose how the story ends.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist who helps women who are experiencing postpartum anxiety or maternal mental health challenges have a healthy, holistic motherhood journey so they can be their most present, powerful self for their children. I’m also a mother.
After working with both physical health and mental health, in both the medical and holistic health system, I realized that when people work on themselves from an interconnected mind, body & spirit perspective, they have the most meaningful, lasting change because it comes from within.

This group is for women who are mothers, or working on becoming mothers have a healthy, holistic pregnancy, birth & postpartum journey without the past getting in their way. Although these mamas have experienced trauma, they are not defined by their trauma and are rising strong together.
We share daily nutrition, exercise, wellness and motivation tips for mamas, and we talk about the tough stuff. This is a safe place where mamas can be themselves, connect with others who have shared experiences and leave the guilt and judgement at the door.
