The Present Mom Project is a 10 week mind-body-spirit program that helps mothers move through anxiety and reclaim their wellness so they can deeply connect with their babies and rise to their full mother potential

The Present Mom Project is a special combination of Mindfulness and talk therapy which has been scientifically proven to help improve mood, reduce depression & anxiety symptoms and manage stress. Learn how to practice mindfulness when you are short on time and discover how it can change your relationship with your baby and yourself.

Holistic Nutrition

Nourish yourself with foods that feed your spirit as much as your body. Fill yourself with nutrients that have been depleted throughout the process of growing a human in your body. Develop energy and vitality from food so you can keep up with all that motherhood asks of you.

Self - Compassion

Turn the mindful awareness you develop into loving awareness toward  yourself. Self-compassion helps us comprise a state of warm, connected, presence during difficult moments in our lives.
